Daily Housekeeping
For our guests staying 2to 6 nights you may exchange towels at the office as needed.
For our guests staying 7 or more nights.
Housekeeping service and/ or linen exchange is available for an additional cost. Please ask the front desk for more information.

Arrival & Departure
Our Check-In Time is 4:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving at Tortuga after 6:00 PM, or Tradewinds after 5:30pm. Please call our office to make arrangements Tortuga 941-778-6611 Tradewinds 941-779-0010 Our Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM. We ask you to please observe our Check-In and Check-Out Times so we can prepare the units properly and avoid delays for our incoming guests.
To make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible, we provide a changing room and free beach towels for you to use if you arrive before the Check-In Time or wish to stay beyond the 11:00 AM departure. Just ask for assistance and availability at the Front Desk.

Occupancy
All rooms have a maximum occupancy. Please check with the resort when making the reservation on how many people can be accommodated in each unit. If Occupancy is exceeded you may be asked to leave the property. Refunds will not be given. -
Rates
All rates are subject to 12% tax (7% sales tax, 5% bed tax). There is daily resort fee (please see resort fee policy for more information). All rates also have an additional departure cleaning fee which varies on the size of the unit. Rates are subject to change. Updated rates can be found by clicking on the book now button.

Discounts
Discounts may be available during your stay. They are not available during holiday periods. Discounts cannot be combined, and may have length of stay restrictions, room restrictions and or time of year restrictions. Please see our specials page or contact the front desk for more information.

Resort Fee
A $30 per day resort fee will be added to all nightly bookings, a $20 per night resort fee will be added to all bookings over 7 nights with a maximum of $500 per reservation.

Your deposit policy depends on the length of your stay.
Nightly
2 Night Stay Full payment due at booking
3 to 6 Nights 50% due at booking. Balance due on arrival
Weekly
50% of total Due at time of booking
100% of total Balance due on arrival.
Monthly
10% 12 months or more prior to arrival
Additional 15% (To make 25%) 12 months prior to arrival
Additional 25% (To make 50%) 6 months prior to arrival
Additional 50% (To make 100%) 2 months prior to arrival.
100% of booking must be paid 2 months prior to arrival.

Cancelation Policy
Nightly Bookings (2 – 6 Nights)
15 days or more prior to arrival. 10% or $50 whichever is greater of any monies paid.
14 days or less prior to arrival. 100% of any monies paid.
Weekly (7 to 27 Nights)
31 Days or more prior to arrival. 10 % of any monies paid.
30 Days or less prior to arrival. 100% of any monies paid.
Monthly (28 or more days)
61 Days or more prior to arrival. 10% of any monies paid.
60 Days or less prior to arrival. 100% of any monies paid.

Boat Dock
Tortuga offers boat slips for rent for $50 per day + tax. The dock has a 3-ft. draft at low tide and can accommodate boats from 10 ft. to 12 ft. wide. Water and electricity are available on the dock. Parking for your boat trailer is also available on the property in specific locations. If you need a larger dock there are several marinas in the area. Please call us for more assistance.

Parking
Each unit has 2 parking spaces available; please understand that when we are busy we may not be able to accommodate additional vehicles. If you plan on renting a golf cart during your stay on the island this would count as one of your 2 vehicles. Please register all vehicles with the front desk to receive a parking pass.
If you have additional vehicles or guests visiting for the day there is public parking at Coquina Beach approximately 1.5 miles south of the property. We unfortunately cannot accommodate trailers or campers

Other Information
All of our units are fully equipped with linens, towels and basic kitchenware. If you require additional items please contact front desk and we will do our best to accommodate any requests.
If you need a roll-a-way, pack n play, high chair etc. during your stay we recommend calling one of the local rental companies on the island. They usually deliver the items directly to the unit.

Holiday Periods
Rates are subject to an increase and minimum night stay during Holiday Periods. Additional discounts are not available during holiday periods.
