For our guests staying 3 to 6 nights you may choose between having daily housekeeping service, a bag of amenities and towels left at your door or you may come to the office as needed.
The daily housekeeping service consists of making the bed(s) as long as there are no personal items on the bed, sweeping the high traffic areas, removing trash and replenishing towels and amenities. If you need any additional services please ask at the Front desk.
For our weekly and longer guests daily housekeeping is not included, you may however request housekeeping service for an additional fee. Please see the front desk for more information.
Our Check-In Time is 4:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving at Tortuga after 8:00 PM, or Tradewinds after 6:00pm. Please call our office to make arrangements Tortuga 941-778-6611 Tradewinds 941-779-0010 Our Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM. We ask you to please observe our Check-In and Check-Out Times so we can prepare the units properly and avoid delays for our incoming guests.
To make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible, we provide a changing room and free beach towels for you to use if you arrive before the Check-In Time or wish to stay beyond the 11:00 AM departure. Just ask for assistance and availability at the Front Desk.
All rates are subject to 12% tax (7% sales tax, 5% bed tax). There is daily resort fee (please see resort fee policy for more information). Weekly rates also have an additional departure cleaning fee which varies on the size of the unit. Rates are subject to change.
Discounts may be available during your stay. They are not available during holiday periods. Discounts cannot be combined, and may have length of stay restrictions, room restrictions and or time of year restrictions. Please see our specials page or contact the front desk for more information.
A $25 per day resort fee will be added to all nightly bookings, a $15 per night resort fee will be added to all bookings over 7 nights with a maximum of $420 per reservation.
Your deposit policy depends on the length of your stay.
100% due at time of booking
50 % due at time of booking. Balance due on arrival
50% due at time of booking, additional 25% due 90 days prior to arrival and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Each unit has 2 parking spaces available; please understand that when we are busy we may not be able to accommodate additional vehicles. If you plan on renting a golf cart during your stay on the island this would count as one of your 2 vehicles. Please register all vehicles with the front desk to receive a parking pass.
If you have additional vehicles or guests visiting for the day there is public parking at Coquina Beach approximately 1.5 miles south of the property. We unfortunately cannot accommodate trailers or campers
All of our units are fully equipped with linens, towels and basic kitchenware. If you require additional items please contact front desk and we will do our best to accommodate any requests.
If you need a roll-a-way, pack n play, high chair etc. during your stay we recommend calling one of the local rental companies on the island. They usually deliver the items directly to the unit.

Rates are subject to an increase and minimum night stay during Holiday Periods. Additional discounts are not available during holiday periods.
