Many of our accommodations are pet friendly. We allow Cats and Dogs up to 75lbs. There is a maximum of 2 pets per unit and there is a $65 per pet fee. Please check when booking that the unit is pet friendly.
Due to nation wide staffing shortages a 4pm check in time is not guaranteed. Check in time may be extended past 4pm. Please accept our apologies, we will do our best to check you in as soon as your unit is available. If you will be arriving after 6pm, please call us the day of your arrival so we may acquaint you with the after hours check-in procedure. Check out time is 11am.
For our guests staying 2 – 6 nights, Towel exchange and amenities are available from the front desk.
Housekeeping maybe requested for an additional fee.
There is a 12% tax added to all bookings. For guests staying 1-6 nights there is a $30 per day resort fee. For guests staying 7 or more nights there is a $20 per day resort fee with a maximum of $500.00. For weekly and monthly guests there is a departure cleaning fee, which varies on the type of unit.
Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. There is no smoking on any decks or lanais. There will be a $250.00 smoking fee charged for smoking in a unit or on a lanai. Please ask the front desk for the designated smoking areas.
Boat docks are available for rental for by registered guests. The cost is $35.00 per day plus tax and includes electricity and water. There is a limited amount of boat trailer parking available on the property. Please check when making your room reservation that a boat dock is available for your stay. The boat docks have a 3ft draft at low tide and can accommodate 10 – 12 feet wide. If you have a larger boat we can recommend several marinas in the area.

50 % due at time of booking. Balance due upon arrival
Stays 28 or more nights:
*10% due at time of booking, if arrival date is more than 1 year from booking date.
*25 of total due 1 year prior to arrival date
* 25% of total due 180 days prior to arrival date
* Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date
Nightly Bookings (2 – 6 Nights)
15 days or more prior to arrival. 10% or $50 whichever is greater of any monies paid.
14 days or less prior to arrival. 100% of any monies paid.
Weekly (7 to 27 Nights)
31 Days or more prior to arrival. 10 % of any monies paid.
30 Days or less prior to arrival. 100% of any monies paid.
Monthly (28 or more days)
61 Days or more prior to arrival. 10% of any monies paid.
60 Days or less prior to arrival. 100% of any monies paid.
